mouse cursor problem (OSX)

Hello,
instead of an arrow, a circle is there, with whom I can not click any building.

how can i fix it?

The only time the circle should appear is when you are moving the map around with right click or ctl click.

Are you saying it always stays a circle? Need a bunch more info here. What mouse? What hardware?

try positioning curser over ? question mark @ bottom left in the contrpl panel and 'click' on it- should then remove the circle and allow you to continuing playing the game. Hope this helps
