SC4 Launcher
Can't start the game. Found something called the SC4 Launcher. In the setup, it wants something called the Steam path.
No idea what that is.
Anyone know?

it's the location of where your game is, go to where the game is in your steam folder in program files(x86), go to steamapps, common, then sim city 4, then copy the adress of the folder

That's the one I'm using. Tried using Windows Legacy Direct X program. Nothing works.
