Resolution screw up

I made the resolution smaller so It would fit on the screen better and it did the absolutely most opposite thing it could possibly do. I changed it from it's default to 800x something, from which it told me that it would apply after I start the game again. Now it's COMPLETELY to big and I can't get to the settings to change it back.. Is there any possible way I could reset this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling already, the settings don't reset.

First, take a look at this guide so you'll be familiar with command-line options and other things you can do:

I sugggest you use this launcher: http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28667-sc4launcher-with-auto-saving-for-simcity/ With it, you can reconfigure SC4 options/settings very easily, so it's much easier to test different configurations.

Did you also delete your customized options in the My Documents directory? You can delete the SimCity 4 Configuration file and, IIRC, it will simply be regenerated when you run the game again. You can find the file, here: C:\Users\(user name)\Documents\SimCity 4\SimCity4.cfg This should reset your SC4 back to default settings.

You might want to rename it something like SimCity4.old, in case deleting it ends up causing you any problems.
