I cant Enter Cheats

I tried to type "lovemoney" cheat into the console but when i press enter NOTHING Happens

"lovemoney" is not a valid command in SC4. The two money cheats are "weaknesspays" (1k) and "riskymoney" (10k, can cause an earthquake)

an exclamation point is supposed to copy and paste the last command as well btw, so putting 100 "!" after doing weaknesspays will net you 101k.

also, semicolons are used to separate cheats so you can do multiple in one line.

Or you can use this mod that allows you to use extra cheats including cheat moolah that allows you to have infinite money

moolah <value>

For example, to set city funds to one million and it'd be using:

Do you know where you got this information from? I just tried it and it didn't work in game, though maybe the syntax I used was wrong.

i think i may have confused a function they used in another game.

i haven't cheated in these games for years, i've owned them for like 20+ years lol

just holding ctrl and shift when you enter the cheat and then pressing up is supposed to copy the last cheat.

Just confirmed you can use just the up/down arrow keys to cycle between recently entered cheats. Thanks - didn't know this until today! ;)

i knew that one for sure i just swear that sim city 4 had the exclamation point as a copy mark.

it's from classic sims tho lol

they had the same engine and cheat menu.
