Hey guys! I want to play Istanbul on Simcity4 but I don't know how to add Istanbul or something. Can you guys help me? I want to play on Istanbul map!

Did you read and follow the instructions on the download page?

USER INSTRUCTIONS:
You have to own the SC4Mapper software developed by Wouanagaine.

1) Download and unzip the present file
2) Run SC4Mapper and choose “Create Region”
3) Choose SC4M
4) Browse to the unzipped folder and point the map file .SC4M
5) Click on “Save Region” and give a name to it. You can now quit SC4Mapper

Hm, it's a shame the SC4Mapper or the name highlights aren't actual links, but in general I also find those instructions kinda hard to follow lol! Like, what's meant by choosing SC4M?! IDK, maybe it would make sense if I had SC4Mapper running, literally a button saying SC4M after pressing "Create Region". Also, isn't it unfortunate how SC4M looks like SCAM lol?!
