Still Always online requirement?
Still always gotta be online? I bought this a long time ago, and it never worked.

If you are interested in sim city 2013, just get cities skyines instead.

Calling a game simply blankly "Sim City" has confusion pre-programmed, especially when that game is on steam while the new one isn't.

No. This is Sim City 4, which has never had an "always online" reqirement. It's the next one, SimCity (2013) over on Origin that had the online requirement, but even that's since gotten an offline mode.
