How does one figure out the taxes in this game ??

Did the taxes change since 3000 version ??

I mean, sure?!?!?! You're able to tax on a wealth basis instead of just Sim or business basis.

How do I do it ??

Well, on the budget window, you click on the taxes section and that opens a window, there, you can set the taxes no different to SC3K, just, more options, if you want to exclude certain classes of Sims or businesses, you can by jacking their taxes way up & not on ones you want.

My favorite part is in sim city 3000 when you lose

If by lose you mean go bankrupt, then sounds like you'll love this game even more as it's much MUCH easier to go bankrupt in this game.

I go bankript instantly in sims city 3000 I cause so many disasters that you have no money

The simple fact just about everything has maintenance costs, such as utilities when in SC3K they didn't makes this one much harder.

I don't think I have gone bankrupt as many times in all the other games combined as in this one.

Well the only difference in this game once you go bankrupt you don't lose you remake the budget and your back to money. I have played sim city 4 before but it was a very long time ago off steam on origin
