SimCity4 Deluxe under Linux?

Hi all, I'm a little confused. Based on what the description of the games says in Steam, it is only for WIndows and Mac. But is there a way to play it unde Linux (Ubuntu in that case)?

it should work with steam play feature (Proton). if you never enabled Proton for windows games in your Linux steam app there's a setting. once enabled (for all titles) your steam app will install and run windows game if there's no Linux port available. google "steam proton" for videos how it works.
