screen flickering when moving cursor

I newly download simcity 4 on my Macbook Air.
After download it and I start it.
I found the screen shows in this way, the interface disappeared when not moving the cursor, and the interface flickers when the cursor is moving.

How do I fix it?

Can't get the link to work.
It says "File preview not available" when clicking play.

did you install latest graphics driver?
i think that might be your problem, you can also try and disable hardware acceleration in the game options menu to see if that fixes anything (at least: i think there was an option like that in SC4, not sure)

I tried to disable hardware rendering, in SC4 it has a option of switching hardware or software rendering
but it swiched back to hardware after I quit and re-enter the game.
