WOW, good work. I swear I tried this but it must have been after I tried installing the DP PhysX file. After reading your message I did a clean install of the Nvidia drivers and tried launching from DP.exe and boom, worked! AWESOME!
Thanks! Adding to guide.
EDIT: Well that worked ONE time! Now it crashes every time again! ARRGH!!
EDIT 2: looks like uninstalling the LAV filters are what fixed it for me this time. I'm up and running great again. Think I need to rebuiold this guide and move it to it's own website along with my texture project.
Yes, I have that and a few other textures packs. I intend to put together a collection along with a website to encourage other players to contribute texture upgrades. Hopefully we can crowd source a whole HD remaster :)
Dude, calling this Color grading fix as YOURS and not crediting and clearly stating it as mine, kinda selfish, wrong, and plagiatristic, especially when header of "YOUR" fix says this:
// Final postprocessing pixel shader, DOF, color grading and bloom here
// Analysed and modified by Voodooman. http://twitter.com/v00d00m4n
// This shader is part of Immersive Premonition mod. Feel free to mod
// and distribute, but please
I allowed to mod and distribute it, but i did not allow to remove copyright credit, and this not only means credit in file, but credit in general as well. You violated my terms of permission to mod and distribute this file by not crediting me and falsely claiming that this fix is YOURS.
You cant call this fix YOURs when it just a tweaking of mine fix. Please, be a fair man, edit all of your post where you stated its your fix and
You know, i would not mind if you would have just called it a "This fix" without "my" part, but when you falsely claim that something you did not is "yours", after you just tweaked 3 and half vars to your liking following my comments that explained what part of code does what, and you did it without even spending a time on analyzing asm code - well, thats not just wrong, but totaly unfair, disrespectful and ungretful towards me and time i spent making my mod, part of which you just falsely claimed to be "yours".
It is always on sale for a few dollars. Right now there are nom deals going, so either wait a few days (honestly it is that often) or try eBay.
EDIT: Actualy found a deal

I have downloaded the suggested DPfix095, read the instructions, and deleted the #'s in the .ini files for what I think would work.
It is not. Still runs at 720 windowed.
On a Win 7 OS (old skool I know)
Any suggestions?
I am open to share screen shots of my process.
Can you paste your ini file?
