What are the chances this will get removed? (Recent censorship debacle)

For anyone in the know of the current cultural gaming zeitgeist and what is happening with the removal of games that feature very certain types of NSFW content, I'm worried that this game may be at risk of removal.

Any statement from the devs on this?

The page is still available on Itch if you Google it, but the download link leads to the Steam page. Ngl, really hoping there's a DRM free version somewhere else. Im more Steam than GOG or anything, but rather stick to dry free platforms in cases like this.
We dont even own the games, just the licenses. I can trust the devs and publisher, but not Valve after this.

These removals is not because of some random cult in Australia. It's because the likes of US "Morality in Media" have acquired a sizeable stake or leadership position in Visa/Mastercard letting them dictate their policies.

I was waiting for a sale as I have too many games going on right now, but purchased today as I think it is abhorrent that artists are being censored, especially Indies who struggle against all odds.

dev may have been misleading and dishonest, but is true that the most obv next targets of the new "think about kids" bs anti-freedom of speech law(s) will be horror, fantasy and any other fiction sub-genre: "wrong think" is dangerous, and that can include games that criticise or make fun of political puppets.
