Rewarded with my Burnout Paradise Licence, the credits rolled. Have I completed the game or is it counted complete when i actualy achieve the elite licence?

Congratulations on attaining your Burnout License! At this point, all the events will have been cleared off your map for you to try them again (as with your previous license wins) only for you to master every single one of them this time. Completing all races, road rage, marked man and stunt run events will finally entitle you to the well-deserved Burnout Elite license! From this point on, all that remains is for you to reach 100% completion by beating every single time and showtime road rule, along with finding every super jump, smash, and billboard. Only then will you join the ranks of the Criterion Elite with a 100% complete stamp on your license!

From then on, who knows? Complete the remaining in-game achievements, 100% your bike license, and get online to complete all 490 Freeburn challenges!

There are still unlockable cars after Burnout License and unlockable paints once you reach Elite License and Completion respectively. There's also a (secret) car you unlock by completing 2 full sets of Freeburn challenges. So yeah, reaching Burnout License is only half the battle won. Anyone who'd like to do Freeburn challenges with me, feel free to add me. I'm left with 4-player and above challenges. Hoping to hit 102% completion.
