Intro video is too long, can't skip, made me quit without trying this crap.

The intro video talking about "Paradise City" is ridiculously long, you can't skip it, i've pressed every possible key on my keyboard and nothing.

And when you think it's over, BOOM.... radio guy starts talking asking for a picture, i just couldn't handle it anymore.

How can you do such mistakes in 2014, not letting the user skip 10 minute video.

Technically they made the mistakes in 2009. So what? Just let it run while you go make some food or something. That's what I did with other unskippable things in other games.

You are totally right and in your right to criticize the game. It only shows EA didn't learn a thing (LIKE ALWAYS?). Burnout Dominator was the same, cutscenes could not be skiped the "first time" (new save file, which is already a bad design decision overall) and the tutorials lasted ALL the first run, every freaking time you had a supercharge or a boost lost the whole screen STOPED and flickered your boost bar for 4 whole seconds with tutorial text in the middle of the screen. I loved the actual gameplay, but everytime I wanted to play it again with a new memory stick or emulating, it was the whole cutscene tutorial nightmare, which cuts down not only the mood but the replayability value.

The guys saying "stop complaining" are just a bunch of conformist sucking up to EA and their beloved games as usual, some people like to be stomped in the face, I guess. Waiting for tutorial and cutscenes in games (speacially one about HIGH SPEED RACES) is plain outdated and lazy design. Nice review, I hope game devs pay more atention to this kind of detail.
