Does this game support racing wheels?
I have a G27. Will it work with this game?

it should work as a gamepad... but why would you use a steering wheel in an arcade?

Wheel works fine, I have G27 too.
It's all about personal preference. I play this game with whatever I'm in the mood for. Keyboard, gamepad, wheel. Because I can.

How did you get it to work? I have this game on Origin and a G27, but I don't know how to get it to work. The Logitech Gaming Software doesn't recognize the wheel and after talking to Logitech on the phone for two hours, they don't know either.

In the upper right, see those 3 slots for my keyboard/gamepad/wheel?
That 3rd slot was empty, I cliked on it and started binding the controls under it.
I click on "steer left" and while it waits for input, I turn my wheel left and it autodetected it and the name [Logitech G27 Racing Wheel USB] showed up automatically. Then I coninued doing it for the rest of the controls.

I don't use Origin but that shouldn't matter at all. Neither does the Logitech Gaming Software or its profiles. As long as your wheel is connected and is properly installed, it will work fine.

Why not, it could be fun if it's supported. in 95% of arcade racers it isn't though and using a wheel in a game that is tuned for a gamepad is an awful experience, I do not recommend that.
I don't know if Burnout Paradise support wheels though.

I was having an issue getting the game to recognize my new Logitech G920. I got mine working by unplugging the USB and plugging it back while the game was running. Only then did it show up as a controller in the menu. I had to bind the wheel buttons and pedals manually but it all worked afterward.
It's a massive oversight if it doesn't work. Don't listen to folks saying "It's an arcade racer, use a controller" EVERY driving game in the ARCADE has a wheel and not a controller lol
