Product Key Already Registered

Hi evveryone. I bought my copy of Burnout Paradise : The Ultimate Box from an Online Key Store, (for STEAM, of course) and then I installed it and played it for some months.
One day I needed space in my HDD, so I decided to uninstall it.
3 days ago I decided to re-install it, always on STEAM, to play it with some friends.
After I played it for about 30 minutes, I wanted to connect ONLINE.
I typed in my INFOs and game just said that "The Product Key you are trying to use is Already Registered".
So I tried to ask for help at EA Support, but didn't receive any.
Every time I try to add "BP : The U Box" on EA or Origin it says that the key is invaild. (Of course, because it's a Steam Key)
Do you guys have any ideas ? I read every thread / topic about this issue and tried everything, but didn't find any solution.

I've had this issue for way too long. It seems as if EA isn't caring about people who use Steam for playing their games. Only Origin. I would really like yo get help on this issue too.

Wow, so there is no solution to this? My son got his own Steam account now but he registered my Wife's Steam Burnout to his EA account. Now my wife can't use her own EA account in Burnout. I guess only solution is to PIRATE? Thanks EA and Valve (sarcasm)

i have the same problem. what do you suggest me to do? should i call EA or steam?

EA doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about their Steam games. The only thing you can do is rebuy it on Origin.

im having a different but similar issue seeing as it had told me this before playing. never had any issue before so all of this is new. just ran first time after reinstalling and got my first car, went to go input my credentials for online play into the in-game login menu and then it crashed for no reason. every time i try to open it now it gets right past the white screen then procedes to load but then crashes....whats the deal? do you think its because its trying to log me in now?

Go to their support website, contact for support, and choose Live Chat. I had the same problem, and they sorted it out for me. They ended up having to delete my old key (supplied by Steam) and added the game to my Origin library, along with a new key. I reinstalled the game from Steam, logged into my EA/Origin account, and away I went. I actually did all that so I could purchase the Bonus Vehicle Pack, now available on Origin for $1.49. And yes, it's linked to my Origin account, but it works with my Steam install. Great customer service.

You're kidding, right? Their live chat doesn't work. You will not be able to connect with anyone. Ever. I left my computer on for over 24 hours and have not been able to connect with anyone.
