Is it possible to obtain the Carson Steel Wheels GT on the PC version by legal means?

The Steel Wheels GT is not a DLC, it's a sponsor car. I suppose you mixed that up with the GT Cancer-hawk.

Sponsor codes had been disabled and unredeemable since the release of the Burnout Store (which was long before the Ultimate Box or PC version alone existed).

i got the ultimate box edition. what does it get me? if it gives nothing extra then im going to be upset.

sponsor cars were never a thing on pc, to get them you have to get a mod, either russian vanity or vanity pack.
