Somebody tell me how to use nitro :D

I play it with a gamepad, u hit the A button. All but the race cars (yellow) you can use the nitro anytime you have it available, race cars u have to wait until nitro gage is full before you can use it.

If you play it with a keyboard it should be set to Shift key by default. Also some cars might not have nitro.
