Modify or remove advertising billboards

I don't want ads in my game, how do I remove them?

what about the gillet razor vans? there should be mods that will alter them as it is a texture swap but good look finding some, as this game is classed as dead due to the microsoft store remastered version with vanity island... or you could go ea and origin for it... but i think they have the same old ads in.
