If it could, it probably would've been on Origin only.

But no, the only Burnout game on PC is Burnout Paradise.

Thanks. I miss the destruction mode where they tally up the total cost of damage. I think Burnout Paradise had that mode but it was locked util you unlocked it by playing but it was miserable to play.

No, unfortunately you cannot purchase it officially for PC, but you can get the PS2 version running on an Emulator called the PCSX2.
