Advanced Logistics achievement not working
Finished the game, working through the last achievements.
Have 26 carriers in the city, but the achievement won't pop. Is there something I'm missing to it?

Managed to get the achievement by deleting houses down to exactly 20. Don't know if this will help you locate the bug!
