-shrug- I just thought that was representative of the DLC and that was one of those electric mages you see in Z5. Maybe there isn't, but it's fun to speculate, isn't it?
Maybe the lute was inadvertently taken away from her people by a certain bard...?
If this is before Octavian, how long has the crypt had the golden lute in it? I mean, it must be in there (Or who or whatever created must be there in it's stead, since it's the same magic going on). And if she went into the crypt, did she just reach the depths and just leave the lute there? Or did she fall to enemies or some villian at the end of her story? Or did she try to break it and leave to make whatever Aria uses to break it?
But that's unknown for now. The only solid facts we know are that Nocturna is
- From some clan
- Is undead, possibly from a source other than the lute
- Whatever power at work in her venture in the crypt is nearly identical to that of the lute's
- After her story some other characters' stories occur (May or may not include Octavian)
