Scroll of Need gives shopping spree coupon when playing Dove

I had a Scroll of Need, and I was standing in an empty shop. I may have just picked up the scroll of need from the shop, but I can't remember if I got it there or elsewhere. I cast scroll of need and it gave me a shopping spree coupon. AFAIK that's completely useless when playing Dove, unless there is some undocumented use of it with Dove that I'm not aware of.

Yeah, from what I recall, Need gives you a Coupon if you have no money. Oh, unless a more important Need applies, in which case you'll get that Need instead. I don't remember the entire priority list for Need, but I think the NecroDancer wiki has it listed somewhere. Let me see if I can find it...

Actually, the Coupon works in all shops, not just the main shop!

So you can actually get a free item from the Blood Shop without losing any health! =) Also, you can get a second free use from the Conjure Shop or Transmog Shop... but only if you get the Coupon after you've used the Shop once already (i.e. use Shop, then use Need to get Coupon, then use Shop again).

These are, of course, situational benefits, but they are benefits (free item from the Blood Shop can be especially useful if you find a Coupon before you find the Blood Shop!). And if you're in a situation where a Coupon wouldn't be very beneficial... just wait until after you've picked up some gold before activating Need. ^^ (or save Need until you're down to half a heart and could really use a Potion!)
