And the DLC page doesn't mention anything about it, so i'm guessing it comes with the basegame?
There's options to let you change character appearance somewhere, i think? Or maybe i misremember. I do remember there being a option to switch to that game's soundtrack though. Just be aware that "Random" won't randomly use it, as it's way off-script/off-track compared to the other remixes which are just variations of the same song (when the shopkeeper sang along with the music, it just didn't synch at all, think they since then disabled his singing with that soundtrack active).
Though, if that doesn't work for you, then perhaps you need the Amplified DLC to acces it? Not the worst thing if so, it's a good content-addition to the default game.
