How do I kill dead ringer?
I've fought him three times Each were very good runs (Usually only having 1 heart) and I get to the point After you Hit the 4 bells then there's the gong (think that's what its called) I run to it and hit it plenty of times dodging the guy after a minute I die How do I kill it?

You have to make him run into the gong.

Now that I think about it, That explains his dashing attack

Practise that bossfight in the lobby. Dead Ringer can be very difficult until you figure out how that chaos works. It's worth practising it because the only other way to face DR is to risk throwing a lenghty run.

I've practiced it ALOT the only time I finished it in practice was when I brought a rifle usually I hit all the bells as fast as possible and fight them quickly so far I've never died in part one and only died in part two (When I'm usually running around trying to hit the gong) honestly, if I can fight the floors the boss is a cakewalk

Well, i guess they already mentioned how you beat him, though you don't have to hit the bells yourself, the safe way is to bait him into charging into the bells, but there's alternative ways too. Blowing up the bells can speed things up if you'd rather not do it the long way of baiting him into charging at his bells (which stops the miniboss from being summoned).

And you can still damage him directly by using the phasing dagger, or dealing infinite damage with weapon/item effects (or even just dealing absurdly high damage is enough to break his defence, ussually with like 15+ damage from a Rapier Lunge + maxed War Drums). Which either skips the bell phase or kills him in his second phase.

Practice still helps alot against new bosses, though, especially the final bosses.

Usually When I Get To That Point I Can Easily Kill The minibosses So Im Probably Gonna Keep Doing It My Way

There's some fancier quick strats for when he spawns on the left, but the ones in this video are the easiest and most reliable methods.

I usually try to ring the bottom 2 bells myself so I can immediately kill the nightmare and the minotaur. If you practice it a few times killing those minibosses with the basic dagger is trivial as long as nothing else is near you. The green dragon is also trivial to kill if it isn't the last one spawned (killing anything during the second phase is a bad idea).
Btw I finished cadences story but can't delet3 thread

When I want to play safe (like in deathless mode), I usually start by destroying the sarcophagi, then hit bells 1 by 1 and quickly dispose of the minibosses (damage boosts help).

Meanwhile, it's important to watch the Dead Ringer and prevent him from hitting other bells at the same time, or you'll get swarmed. If he runs towards a bell, simply tease him by standing on a straight line from him, and he'll run that way instead. Then side-step and finish whatever it is you were doing while he's wasting his time.

The last stage is easy if you are 1 on 1. Stand in the central column and move up vertically to make the Dead Ringer pursue you diagonally. Then side-step once he's in the same column too and voila. Well, you might also need to circle around once afterwards if he charged down instead of up...

No need to delete anything, you are probably not the last one who'll struggle with Dead Ringer. ;)

Getting rid of Nightmare (helps if Dead Ringer spawns on the right) is my priority, followed by destroying the sarchophagusses to reduce the number of enemies.

Once all bells are rung, DR either clears everything or i end up trapped and get squished.
