Ring of becoming ruined my daily run

I was doing a daily challenge, and had a good set and run. I was doing good untill I got to the 4th zone where I found the ring of becoming, I was wondering what it was and put it on. A ghast got me and took me out in one shot, I realized ring of becoming is becoming death. Needless to say It ruined my run.

The ring of becoming only really has one use and it's to transform it into something better.

I discovered that, I also had found a transmorgify spell earlier and I wish I grabbed that when I found it.
