I got a new laptop and when I try to open the game, the loading works fine but the starting menu is a black screen and I can sometimes hear the sound of the menu in bits and the game stops running/crashes. I can't seem to find the UDK.exe file and only has the UDK.exe.config if this makes any difference. I tried looking for solutions like checking the integrity of the files or the ResX and ResY, and there were also issues of failing and errors that said 'Class none'....

I have around 80 workshop maps, or at least had, until 4Kant's entire collection disappeared. Does anyone know why? EDIT: Okay so he was hacked, I will get around to reuploading if no one does. Thanks Janitor!

Devs, please for the love of god fix multiplayer. I know you're working on a new game, but there are still a lot of people that play this one, and I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it if multiplayer was fixed.

So I'm using the official guide atm and it's super helpful but still got some questions. Guess a big one is, how do I make custom actors? Like i'm just pulling everything from the content browser, walls floors etc, but if I needed to make something specific, how would I go about that? Guess an example might help, I'm building a room and want a big hole in the roof but not sure really where to start. Anyway I guess more broadly, does anyone have any good tips or tricks for getting started?...
