Head Hunter Achievement

Hello,

which are the 5 species I need to collect heads from?
I only recall 3:
- humans
- aliens with the predator-ish face
- huge aliens where the head is kinda only a mouth

Any tips?

1 Human head
1 Large monster head from Cryogenesis
1 Brown monster head from Evil Science
1 Green monster head from Hydroponic Hell
1 Blue monster head from Paintenance Tunnels

After completing Cadiceus to somewhere around 94%, and leaving 4 heads in my trunk, achievement progress bar indicated 4/5. Maybe try that

I just did "Waste Disposal" again and collected 2 human and 2 alien heads. Back at the office it only registered 1 new head (as I would assume according to the achievement description) because I already collected a human head on the excavation map. So my progress is now 2/5.

That could be an option though I wouldn't really count them as "head" since its the whole plant. Assuming you mean the plants with the big teeth from the greenhouse level...

I would still need a 5th though... maybe a dev or someone who already got this could post a hint?

Weirdly enough, I got 2/5 with an infected human head from Unearthly Excavation.

But right now I'm stuck at 2/5 despite having the head from Cryogenesis and from Hydroponic.

Did you collect those heads before the achievement was introduced? I have all of the heads in my Office, and I still don't have it because of that. I guess I could easily put them all into my Janitor's Trunk, bring them to a level, and then bring them back, though XD

Nope. Never had I collected heads before the achievement was introduced. However, I had put in the garbage the infected human head because of clean freak as I didn't know if trophies were Bob's or mine. The achievement doesn't say that you have to keep them. Just to bring them to the office. But I've no problem with the PIDs though.

You need all five in the office at the same time AFAIK, and it only triggers when you save the office level (wait for autosave or exit via the door).

Palextis: You must not get fired. You must always do a satisfactory job cleaning any level you play. You cannot simply start a level, fill your trunk and punch out.

Wrong topic I suppose, but if memory serves that acievement requires that no Christmas related items get destroyed, including those stupid christmas orniments. If you broke a single one of those you won't get it, IIRC.

Also, Santa's shotgun needs to stay.

I'm pretty sure the head from Cryogenesis does not count. The four alien heads are,

1 Brown monster head from Evil Science,
1 Green monster head from Hydroponic Hell,
1 Blue monster head from Paintenance Tunnels,
1 Brown monster head from Waste Disposal,
Plus a human head makes five for the achievement.

I completed Waste Disposal first, the alien head and a human head from there took me to 2/5, but then adding the mutant head from Cryogenesis did not increase the count. The green head from Hydroponic Hell took me to 3/5, and hopefully the Paintenance and Evil Science ones will count as 4 and 5.

Well, I did not use the head from Waste Disposal and still got the achievement.

This is the correct list:

1 Human head(of any kind, even a Janitor)
1 Large monster head from Cryogenesis
1 Brown monster head from Evil Science
1 Green monster head from Hydroponic Hell
1 Blue monster head from Paintenance Tunnels

The Brown monster head from Waste Disposal is the same species as the Brown monster head from Evil Science and thus only count as 1.


It is possible that the achievement progress did not display correctly. I know that if checked in-game from the steam overlay, it only refreshes the data once.

The progress wasn't shown correctly for me as well, but I got the achievement eventually:
- I collected the human head from excavation (1/5)
- brown monster from waste disposal (2/5)
- green monster from hydroponic hell (3/5)
- blue monster from paintenance tunnels (didn't register at first and was stuck at 3/5)
- large monster from cryogenesis (got the achievement as soon as I left the office)
