Should i burn all of stuff around?

i still didnt get it i am burning bodies cleaning blood but other stuff? are those required to be destroyed?

There's no penalty for burning them, but you're throwing away possible bonus points by doing so.

Don't burn the laser welder. There IS a penalty for doing that (as well as for stealing it).

where should i place USB devices and can i burn the buckets with dirty water?

to add to this, levels have specific locations to stack crates and barrels. (marked by a yellow/red line with the word crate or barrel. i think some levels have a combined one, but i can't remember for sure.)
scanning the usb sticks for the employee on the level end device enters them as deceased and you can put in information about their death and stuff in the report. bonus points for the more accurate you are.

the only one that is a mystery to me on their list is the cleaning signs. what are you supposed to do with those? just leave them? Im guessing just leave them since thats what you do with the other tools you don't want to bring with you haha. (im trying to collect at least one of every tool, even if it penalizes me, and also several other neat items because i do so much extra that im usually getting something like 110% completion anyway, and usually don't miss anything that isn't glitched outside the map, which i wish they would fix)

One level has a dedicated zone for Wet floor signs for bonus points (No penalty for leaving them outside though, just like crates and barrels); in all other levels they can simply be left as is.

You can also leave unused flares and unbroken lanterns / lights in the level without penalty.

ah, i see. my tendency is to burn anything that isnt a tool, crate, or barrel, lol. (used to burn literally everything haha)
i still burn those stupid dice shaped boxes because i hate stacking them. plus the random clutter like toilets and stuff. dont know if i need to but i still usually get at least 106-109%, so i imagine im not being penalized for it either. it is rather time consuming but the nice clean map afterward is worth it. I just found out earlier about lanterns being fine when i tested it when i finished Penumbra map. left the wet floor signs. i seem to have gotten credit for the crates even though i burned the dice like ones, so i think as long as theres at least one stacked in the designated area you can burn the rest if you like? handy to keep from having to stack them like 3+ high if you dont want to haha. granted that map had lots of space for both barrels and crates since there was 2 spots for each.
