Troubles with Linux Version

Heya. My linux version of Plague Inc is not working and i cannot force it to do so.
Tried re-installing, tried removing the "prefs" from .config, as well as checking integrity of files.
Every time I try to run game, entirely black window appears for one moment and then game closes.
Really don't know how to repair this on my own :/

Clarification:
- Unity game (Limbo) works on my computer, so it shouldn't be anything with Unity.
- Running Steam from terminal doesn't help, all informations about "errors" are below.
- All packages on my computer are up-to-date.


I have Linux Debian 9, 64-bit, and official distribution of steam for linux OS.

Not playing any other Unity games :/
Didn't even really know that PIE is created with Unity, huh.

but you do. War of the overlord is unity game. Limbo is unity game. Unturned is unity game. Sparkle is unity game. Etc etc

Yes. On Windows. Havent play any of those on Linux. Well, only with streaming.
I played only Limbo, and it worked. It is Unity game too?

yes, it is. You can find unity games by their file structure.

Anyway. Did you try to launch this game from terminal? In case that there will be any errors

launch steam from terminal -> launch game. E.g, if you installed steam from repos - open terminal and type "steam"

I, honestly, have no idea. Can you try to launch game without any gamepads and mouses being plugged in?

Can't say for certain about any other users on Debian, but this isn't a Linux installation we normally support.

We can recommend you to delete and re-install the game, verify the integrity of the game files and make sure any relevant drivers are up to date.

It's also worth asking; when you see the black window pop up, do you then normally click on the window, then it crashes? If so, leave the window open for a few minutes, as this could just be a known loading issue.

Well, tried reinstalling, verifying integrity and update everything, already said that :/
About crashing; im not clicking anything. It just appears and nearly immediately disappear.

Sorry to hear that. Have you re-installed, verified the integrity of the game files, checked for driver updates etc.?

It's worth installing lsb-release too, this has helped Linux users with similar issues.
