Cards and Towers is a dynamic mix of card game mechanics, tower defense strategy, and roguelike replayability. Craft your own deck, defend your base tower, and survive waves of enemies in an endlessly replayable experience. Whether you’re combining cards to level up or deploying towers and units strategically, each run is a fresh challenge.

We started developing Cards and Towers because we’re passionate about games that encourage creative thinking and strategic planning. Our goal is to create a game that’s not only fun to play but also rewarding every time you pick it up. Working as a family, we’ve poured our hearts into every pixel and playtest—and we’re thrilled to finally share it with the world.

So the game is clearly in a very early stage to be honest and after 40 minutes here's some feedback: 1) was mentioned in 2 different posts: Speed. It's awfully slow. On 1x it's a snails crawl if not slower. Times 3 doesn't even touch it. Base speed should be amplified times... 8? or 10. And then speed ups should be in x5 or so. 2) Towers & Upgrades There is almost 0 balance... Unit oriented cards are busted. Giving 40% lifetime or damage easily overpowers the scaling. And card giving +25% crit chance c...

Gamespeed and couple other small issues.

So let me start this out by saying someone else has already talked about the game speed being incredibly slow so I won't go into intense detail on that one as they explained my exact thoughts in relation to that. However, During my stream today I discovered one minor bug and one small grammatical issue. When you hover over your items there is a chance of it permanently staying on the screen until after you finish said wave it got stuck on. As for the Grammatical issue. Which is very very minor. So I've written this whole thing below, but I realised that the only way to end a game is to sell all your towers. I seems that this game is just in the beginning stages of development and that this is more a tech demo than a try our game demo or even preview demo. Sill, I leave the feedback for when you get to the point of replacing the current enemy waves. When you've got a build that kills everything, the gamespeed of x3 is not fast enough. About the same as another game

While I like this game, it feels like a very bad copy of the game Heretic which has more variety, more style and deeper game play. I don't think this is a clone, but the games are very, very similar.
