More people have ultrawides than the percentages on steam make you think.
Modders can't really add support because it's an online game.
Why are you doing so much to make people not want the game?
My family wants to play together. I downloaded it on each PC. But family share makes you buy 3 copies, no in house co-op teams. I bought it on here 1 time already and have Xbox gamepass ultimate too.
Then we have some 21:9 screens, no support? So buy 3 copies on steam and we already have XBoX gamepass and cannot get it on there as you have it blocked and cannot play fullscreen? WTH?
Any plans to add ultrawide support?
Nope, they said in the Discord last year that the engine doesn't like it for whatever reason.
So don't hold out hope, you can modify ini files but then the HUD looks funny.
it's a pass for me unless they add it.
Again, the game is moddable with these rates. I play fully on 32:9 (A little jank with the ui, nothing terrible.) and it's easy to set up. Just google it.
Also, even with the black bars removed from the sides, your character will still not be able to move to the edge of the screen because it's locked to standard ratio for the game. That barely takes anything away from the game, though.
instead of saying "you can just mod it just google it" when nothing shows up it would be better if you actually said how.
