Director of Obisidian says they're happy with sales, are likely to make sequels or expansions

Steam isn't their main Target, They made a killing With the game pass sales.

but steam users think they are the greatest gamers alive. when both GoG and Xbox Game Pass PC exists... (and epic but they don't sell anything well)

When a game is free, On another platform, Why the hell would anyone buy it for 90$?

the devs get the same paycheck from gamepass as they do if you bought the game, except for the customer, its cheaper.

thats the ENTIRE point of gamepass.

It makes no sense whatsoever. A single month of gamepass sub can't even cover price of a single game, let alone multiple games included in the pass.

Can you explain in detail about gamepass? This doesn't make sense. If I purchase game pass for $12, the place I paid $12 for a game pass, then gives Obsidian $90? Is that what you are saying? How is that a sustainable business? Math ain't mathing.

Campaign is 15 hours and only 1% of players have completed the game.

Doesn't need to. They get a percentage of the sales, Per month. so Does Bethesda, and other tied in companies.

With Xbox being the biggest platform in gaming, argueiable juggling that with Playstation...

You cannot really fathom the amount of money that pass makes. Steam only ever is about 25% of a games profit. because not everyone can afford a PC required to play some of these games anymore.

Reminds me of Dragon Age The Veilguard, in which "Reviews of the game are generally positive" with IGN giving it a 10/10! That didn't age very well did it?

If he's happy with it, great. Hopefully they will make a good game next time, axing the pronouns and stuff before release shows they didn't completely lost all their common sense.

Well expansions can mean it gets better maybe fix some stuff as well, I would never discourage getting a better game so who knows we will just have to wait and see
