Because they are not even in the same genre. Simple.
Skyrim's physics could freak out far too easily, mainly because nearly every single object had full physics. You could watch a chicken trip on a grape, and get catapulted into the sky.
though i disagree the attention to detail in avowed is way better than skyrim.
But in Starfeld you can move the garbage. :3
Which is awesome, btw.
