Not lucky at all, they know what is acceptable and what is not.
I do not know what to say anymore, because we running in circle. The devs would have to decide and I can only tell why they have decided that way. If you want these kind of interaction, the devs have to be adressed with. Else there will be sure mods for.
I agree it's up to the Devs and I've raised feedback on their Discord (along with many others). I doubt if it'll change, however that doesn't mean I won't raise my feedback.

TS4 is a sim game and it simulates lives of every age groups. No one talked about se*uality.
And it’s stupid to say this like Shameless and Skins are like p*** materials.

Funny thing, i have tried to suggest a more safe way to have teenagers in relationships but those have gone on largely ignored. I'm not looking for actual sexual contact between teenagers even in the real world such a thing exists. i'm suggesting that making out on the bed between teenagers in their underwear is as far as it goes until they age up, that way it allows teenagers to get some kind of release when they get interested in romantic encounters.
actual sexual encounters can come from mods that are unrelated to what the developers can do for teenagers in this game.
You could display the most weird stuff, which is possible in life, but should not be displayed. Just because something is possible in life, does not mean it should be possible in media.
What sort of stuff? Holding hands? I didn't mention anything about having sex, just about dating. The same way it's done it The Sims even since The Sims 2. It just feels lacking. Romance is a natural part of life for many people and I fail to see why teenangers can't have girlfriends/boyfriends in this game.
Right? That's surprising, I didn't mention it at all in my reply. We have plenty PG-13 TV shows where teenagers are falling in love with one another. Half of Disney Channel was made of that stuff. How is that creepy or weird to display?
I would assume this might be a cultural thing? People who only ever got home schooled probably never had any teenage high school romance experiences at all and it really started with university for them. And people growing up in more conservative/religious families probably also had a very limited dating experience before marrying. I'm German and grew up in a metropolis so my teen experience was definitely very different from an North-American or Korean teen, especially if they grew up in smaller towns. I deffo was a WILD teenage girl and did things I'd not dare to tell my own teenage kid about now (who is...wait for it: nineTEEN) because they are such a bad example.... ^^;
Why everyone is so fixated on telling you off about being bad for wanting sex though? I.. don't get it. Not once did you mention you want sexual interaction between teenagers in the game. People are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird.
I've been holding off on inZOI for now because the game looked very sterile in all the previews and compared to Sims 4 after 10 years of support and with the 20 add ons I already own it just seems very lifeless and empty for now. No teen romance is one more reason to hold off as I love to play one character from birth to old age and teenage romance was a huge part of my teen experience which I would like to have in the game.
They ignore decades of teen romance in The Sims, but lose their minds over a simple question.
And yes, you can create families of orphaned teens—but guess what? They can only get jobs as young adults. So how exactly are these poor souls supposed to survive? Starving with no option to work is totally fine, but dating? Oh my God, that’s where we draw the line!
And the best part? None of those self-righteous keyboard judges, those guardians of morality, those twitter crusaders, are making a peep about that. How convenient!
But oh no, if you dare ask why teens can’t have romantic relationships in the game, you’re automatically a degenerate. Congrats, you’ve just earned the "Worst Human Being on Earth" award!

FALSE , In the sims teens can date , kiss , have g/friend or b/friend make out under the covers in bed all without mods .
For me personally i think they should at least be able to date and kiss / cuddle
People talking about teenagers their age group is 13 to 19 it is in the word , thir-teen , four-teen etc up to nine-teen
