About modding and the ToS
So I read the ToS and it basically sounded like parody and nsfw mods could be not only forcibly removed, but also legally prosecuted. As a person who enjoys both satire and fine offbrand, this got me worried. I heard the modding aspect is of the ToS might get rolled back. After the ToS gets updated, will there be a provision that provides explicit protection for mods, regardless of the thematic nature of their content? Or will we still have to walk on eggshells of getting sued for making something someone considers to cross a not-yet-decided line?

i dont think theyd be able to pursue legal action of those types of mods outside their country though right? even if they could the internet is such a maze of info that even if they could once something is on and shared a certain amount of time it'll just be online forever.

Just allowing mods though will help this IP grow either way though imo despite what is and isnt allowed.
Do anything you want... It's not like they are watching you play a single player game... Or are they?

I suppose that since there are children, it is a delicate subject for NSFW mods, just like what happened with Harry Potter. Anyway, the internet is a very big place
Cosplay is also forbidden. Weird flex

Maybe this tos only applies to uploads to canvas?
Inzoi's devs haven't mentioned anything specific towards which mods that are not allowed by their book.

The way I see it, they probably will ban mods that promotes racism, hates, etc. Mods that illegal on every states.

Nudity? I literally saw a reddit post, somebody uploads a footage of female Zoi with modded "texture".

However, back in 2020's EA mentioned that they've removed illegal Sims 4 mods. But in the reality, we still have mods that allows sims to do drugs, wickedwhims, and kill other sims. So, I guess these mods doesn't count as "illegal" by EA's TOS.

as if legal threats would ever stop the degenerates
Oh and I forgot to mention,

This is UE5 game without Denuvo. Surely people will find a way importing a new "meshes" mod into the game without fuss. With or without Dev's permission.

I saw a Nissan GT-R got imported into Inzoi. As well as a "deeeldo" as a new build object.

Just look what Sims modding offers.... no one cares about ToS.

They can never remove such mods once it's already been made public, and all of them still exist, you can even do a lot more than that, you just need to look in the right places. :HappyShizuku:

True, mainly because they're singleplayer games that don't affect anyone else's experience regardless of what someone thinks how "bad" a mod is.
keep looking on Nexus mods you might find something there eventually. https://www.nexusmods.com/games/inzoi
