"Wealthy" Hotels for MidEast not working?

I am way late game... was picking up achievements.... and I sent a delegation to the Middle East and got the "Build 2 hotels for wealthy tourists" mission....

I have since built 2 Spas and 2 to Beach Villas..... yet nothing registers.... is this a bug?

i had this too - built two spa hotels that didn't register for a middle eastern quest, had to abandon the mission, Must be a bug,,,,

After SEVERAL years passed.... for some reason I got credit for one..... but building others didn't trigger the second.... :-(

I know this is a year later but I have just had this problem. I built 'wealthy' hotels and it didn't budge so i tried cruise ships and i had to build three for it to register but i have completed the mission so i guess it worked.

Hey SmokeyZebra, could you send us a savegame from right before the task triggers?
We will try to reproduce it and maybe find the error. Could be a translation error... What language are you playing on?

Indeed, it's a translation error.
It's actually "two family tourist hotels".
