Stun only lasts for one round, sure, but as long as you can have one person stun the Queen every round, she's helpless.
Make sure everybody has a way to hit her weaknesses; earth magic is great here since she's both weak to it and earth has a group stun. My other advice would be to conserve your BP early on in the fight. As she gets lower on HP, she starts spawning termites that have more HP and eating them more often, and when she does that, you'll need to go all-out to do as much damage and keep her stunned as often as you can.
Bring a Female Ranger with you to make use of Corruptor to get Entangle stuns more reliably.
And yeah... Just spam AOE spells/techs when she summons a Termitator, and keep her stunned. Do that and you should be fine.
Here's something that'll save you some trouble-
Most bosses in the game are vulnerable to at least one of stun, sleep, or paralyze.
Only the Seven Heroes are guaranteed to have full status immunity.
