There's a game similar to Wizardry on here that isn't too bad. Elminage Gothic. It's a Japanese Wizardry-based dungeon crawler that I enjoyed. It's in English too.
If I ever get some extra cash, I'll probably spend the $40 or so it would take to import the first Xth game, Code Hazard. I do hope someone plays through the english patched version sometime and puts up a review so I can get an idea of whether the game is a good one. Although since they made two sequels I would assume it has to be at least decent.
If you have a Vita, you may want to wait until Operation Abyss: New Tokyo in April, it's basically a re-release of the entire trilogy (plus some extra content) as one game.
