I bought a game who dont work ...impossible to play , eatch time i finish a game , etherium crash .....plz help me

Hi all, I tried the game for 4 games now. The tutorial went fine and nothing bad to say about it. Then I tried 3 times to play the singleplayer mode. The space map works fine, but the game always crashes (3/3) after Ive finished to conquer the first planet. Game is fine and makes fun, but those crashes are annoying and the reason not to buy this game....
