Now that you can see your past inputs, you can break down what you're doing wrong.
1. Make sure you're actually doing a valid special move.
2. Make sure you have the meter for any Blockbusters you're trying to practice. You can turn on Unlimited Meter in Training Mode.
3. When doing a special move, look at the inputs.
D = Down
DF = Down+Forward
F = Forward
UF = Up+Forward
HK = Heavy Kick
QCF = Quarter Circle Forward (D,DF,F)
Savage Bypass = Valentine's Dashing Slash Attack.
Say you're trying to do QCF+HK with Valentine (Savage Bypass).
D, DF, F, HK and Bypass comes out, you did it correctly!
D, DF, F, HK and Bypass doesn't come out, you likely inputs HK too slowly. You might have also input the D, DF, F too slowly... or both!
If you find yourself jumping, you overshot your motion and hit HK too slowly, you can still input D, DF, F, UF, HK and get Bypass (Or other specials) provided you input the attack button before you leave the ground (It takes a fraction of a second for the character to jump after you hit any Upwards direction)
D, DF, HK, F and Bypass doesn't come out, you input HK too fast.
D, DF, HK, F and Bypass DOES come out, you actually input crouching HK, and cancelled it into Bypass when you released HK, as the game will register attack buttons being released for special moves. This is called "Negative Edge".
QCB + K and QCB + KK works about 50%
F, D, DF + P works about 20%
and, if i try to chain combos in Tutorial Lesson LP+LP+LK+LK i can do LP+LP 2Combo but if i try to get 3+ and 4+ with LK+LK i am to slow with my thumb to go from LP to LK Button. Is taht normal and will get beterr if i invest some hours in training or am i much to slow for that game?
In my experience SkullGirls happens to be extremely lenient in terms of inputs, so it may be a good choice to stick with this game for learning how to play Fighting Games.
Quarter Circle Forward/Dragon Punch (Z) movements on a D-Pad are initially tricky. To hit the diagonal motion you have to make sure you're pressing both down and forward/backward or it wont register. Fortunately the PS3's D-Pad is godly, so this shouldnt be too difficult with a little bit of practice. Using the shoulder buttons are also at first a tad tricky but its all about making sure you're pressing them down hard enough.
Seriously, you're in good hands with a PS3 Controller. If you were using an Xbox 360 controller this would be another story entirely.
This will show you exactly where you screwed up.
Pratice makes perfect, some of use have had 20 years of Street Fighter to train our hands to do those directional inputs, so its easy to forget that they're tricky for beginners to get the hang of.
If by Super Street Fighter 3 you mean Third Strike, I'd go with that.
