Skins You'd Like To See?
I was browsing the skins today and I noticed a destinct lack of Gurren Lagann skins. I love Evangelion to death, sure, but Gainax could use a little more love (since every single Madoka character is in the game). I also feel there should *really* be a skin for Parasoul that's The Boss from MGS 3.

Captain Commando pallete for Parasoul. It's only fair since we got a Cable palette for Peacock and 2 Sentinel palettes (regular and mango) for Painwheel, and most of us use Parasoul's HK Napalm Pillar assist just like we did CapCom's Captaim Corridor assist in MvC2.

They're not 'skins' per se but palettes / colour swaps.

I don't know why the game doesn't have a colour editor (KoFXIII) and sell actual, legitimate skins (i.e., cosplay outifts) as DLC... Hocking colour edits for 5 clams for 5 is, well... frankly, penny-pinching.

Changing the actual sprites is harder than it sounds.
I know there are a few characters that have different features on certain colors, such as Parasoul's glasses, but I don't think it was easy.

I want Shadow Dio colors Fukua, and a Black and Purple Eliza.

You can't skin sprites. You'd have to redraw every frame of animation to even come close to skin costumes. And there's no way to sync it perfectly. It's why for years you were limited to modding colors only. Look at the MvC 2 custom mixes floating around. You can get creative with colors and using regions on the sprite's palette in Palmod, but you can't decide that you want to slap a Punisher skull on Captain America's shield or put Cyclops in his modern costume.

You need specialized programs to sculpt the ♥♥♥♥ anyway. Which isn't hard since you can parts swap and do other stuff to save time. But at the end of the day the only reason people could do that in SSF4 and SFxT on PC is because they're using 3D models and not sprites.

Gurren Lagann skin for Robo-Fortune would be awesome.

Since Eliza got a Dio palette, a Jotaro palette for Cerebella (with Vice Versa as Star Platinum) would be cool. She even poses like Jotaro during the projectile-reflector move.

I think with some clever coloring you could make a badass Ryuko-in-Senketsu palette for Ms. Fortune.
Which palette is dio i dont see it

Yes, palettes 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 for each character are from the color palette bundle.

This was already addressed al long time ago. It's because Lab Zero decided that they didn't want people running around with dumb color combinations (all black, all flesh, etc.).

I fixed that for you D3V.

Also there's a thread about this on Skullheart already. A few actually.
