Can't add Big Band to the game.

Everytime i try to add him from the store page i get the message "There was a problem adding this product to your Steam account."
Any help ?

I restarted steam and that worked

And myself as well regretfully. Steam mentioned it needed an update. Just in case, I went ahead and updated Steam, still no go. Excited about BB, I hope there's a fix for this bug sometime soon :)

Solved, revoke the acces to your friend (WITH DLC PROBLEM) if you already have Skullgirls, then add the DLC.

CosmiCole is on the money.

Family Sharing if you have it, is blocking your ability to add Big Band.

The way I solved it for a friend is for both of us to REVOKE access through the Family Access web page.

Go to Settings > Family
- Then click on Manage Other Computers.

Click "REVOKE" on all PCs there that already have SkullGirls on their account.

Afterwards, restart Steam and try to claim Big Band again.

I have this problem too but the Family Sharing thing didn't help.

I sent a support ticket in but given how slow Steam support is, I think the deal will be over by the time they respond.
