Noise cancel question
So I was trying to get the hang of Big Band's parry when I noticed that sometimes when I did the parry motion on my d-pad, it could parry more then once against multi-hitting attacks like R. F. standing heavy beam.
Now, it could be my inputing, it's was always my weakness in every fighting game I play, but can I get a confirmed explation on how it works against beams and the such?

After you input forward, (or down, if you're parrying low) it parries everything that happens in the next 17 frames. So if multiple hits occur within those 17 frames, you parry all of them. At least, that's my understanding of how it works.

This thread from Skullheart has more complete information, if you're into that sort of thing: http://skullheart.com/index.php?threads/noise-cancels-parrys-utility.4379/
