Valley girl Painwheel!?.....WHAT!?

Hey everyone. So something really weird just happened while i was playing Skullgirls. I was in training mode practicing my Filia combos. i picked Painwheel as my oppenent. while i was practicing, i started to notice that i kept hearing a sort of "valley girl" accent commeing from one of the characters. At first i thought they changed the voice acting clips of Filia, but then upon closer inspection i found that the valley girl accent was commeing from Painwheel!!! I immediately changed my character to Painwheel to confirm this, but when i used her, she had her normal voice. So i then tried to recreate the scene by choosing the exact colour schem, characters that i used and the stage(which was Maple Crest btw). however painwheel did not have the valley girl accent when i did this. So now i'm just sitting here thinking to myself "WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED!?".It's nothing that serious, i'm just curious and want to know if this happened to anyone else or if they have an explanation for what just happened. Alternate voice

You can choose it by pressing down when you select a fighter. Otherwise, Painwheel are one of the five that have the alternate voice.

Some characters got new voice packs for 2nd Encore: Republican Double, Valley Girl Painwheel, Anime Peacock, Saxploitation Big Band, and Salty Parasoul.
They're turned on by holding down whatever button you used to select the character. If the voice pack is on, their name in the character select should turn a darker color.

More specifically, by pressing down while in the color palette menu from selecting a character with the start button.

Also yeah, alternate voice sets are pretty awesome. You could easily make some really comical ones, like imagine a G-minor voice set for someone... like Eliza.

Then I could be disturbed while Horus rains down upon me from the sky like water in veitnam's monsoon season, since her voice would sound incredibly off. But I'd imagine that sort of thing from like... Double if anyone, sicne she's kinda creepy to begin with.
