There are two types of stance cancels that you can do with squigly. One is a "Seria" cancel, and the other is just a "manual" stance cancel.
To do a Seria cancel, you must first fully charge one of her special moves (Serpent's Tail or Dragon's Breath). Once you have either move fully charged, you can tap any kick or punch button to return to your neutral stance. This allows you to hold onto your charge and use it later (you can also cancel the charge early, which will still hold a partial charge). If you have Dragon's Breath fully charged, then you can cancel the animation of any normal attack by simply pressing two punch buttons simultaneously. If you have Serpent's Tail fully charged, you can Seria cancel by pressing any two kick buttons simultaneously. If you use one of her special attacks (effectively using up her charge), then you'll have to recharge your stance before you can use Seria cancel again.
To do a manual stance cancel, you simply input the command for either Serpent's Tail or Dragon's Breath and cancel it immediately. For example, you could input QCF +P, then immediately input either another P or K button immediately. Then you follow up with whatever move you want to cancel into. This is more difficult than a Seria Cancel, but it allows you to stance cancel even if you don't have either of your special moves fully charged.
