Ms. Fortune's death has traumatized me

I am currently unable to sleep for one night due to the somewhat shocking and unexpected death of Ms. Fortune by Cerebella's hand. Here, let me explain to you the way my stupid brainwaves work so you can understand how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I am.

So there I was playing story mode in Skullgirls. I have only played Filia, Parasoul, Ms. Fortune, and Painwheel. And then eventually I played Cerebella. All of those characters whose story modes Ive played had no deaths in it. Hmm, Filia? No death. Parasoul? No death. Painwheel? No death. Ms. Fortune? Head chopped off, but she is still alive.

Because of this my brain entered a state where it can relax and think all the characters can live happily ever after with each other, because nobody was dying. After that, when I witnessed Cerebella crushing off Ms. Fortune, I was in shock. I got traumatized and I couldnt accept what happened.

I tried sleeping afterwards, but my brain wouldnt let me. All it wanted to do was get back at Cerebella for murdering Ms. Fortune. ♥♥♥♥ing murderer...

So basically, I am looking for an internet support group here in steam discussions that can help me get through a totally unimportant and irrelevant traumatic event in my life that refuses to calm me down. I just want to return to reality so I can be sane again.

[edit: thank you everyone for offering your advice. So basically I feel better now after I slept. It took a while, the images still flashing in my head forcing me to open my eyes in fear of a possible nightmare. Ill estimate it took me 30 minutes to finally pass out in bed. When I finally woke up, it was like a new day, like I never got traumatized ever. There was no nightmare. I'm calmed down.

I think im PTSD. im not sure how it works, but I tend to develop fear when I am faced with something unexpected and somewhat terrifying. Like Super Meat Boy, yes, I am terrified of it. Either my imagination is too small or im not man enough for the world's hard parts yet.]

Good to know, i will never touch Cerabellas Story mode now.
I can feel with you. But dont worry to much, she is still alive. Its just a game and has nothing to do with reality. She only plays her role in Cerabellas story like a movie star will do. Behind the scenes they are good buddys =^.~=
