Darkstalkers 3 AKA Vampire Savior. Also Vampire Savior 2 and Vampire Hunter 2.
How would anyone ever gain anything from removing game content? If it was possible we'd see DLC packages removing game content all the time. "Buy this package if you want to remove the strongest fighter so you don't have to meet them in games".

just like happened with bayonneta in that tournament of smash bros
if refeere comes and ask you to play just press random buttons on the air not hitting anything and pretend like " omg hes so good i cant hit him" for this to work you need multiple people doing this
