Sprite work is pretty awesome, but an objective ♥♥♥♥♥ to do right.
Supposedly it's a legal issue with The Red Cross organization asking them to change her design. I don't know how true that is since hundreds of games have used a red cross as shorthand for medkits, doctors, nurses, etc.
Doom being the immediate example I can think of.
I'm starting to think having s team full of former LoL devs has them confused with how selling skins works vs continuing to sell old games
If that's the case, then they shouldn't be able to do that. The key word there is shouldn't. However, copyright and trademark laws are murky and full of ridiculous stuff.
Very true, there are a ton of games that have had to change the crosses to hearts
If y'all start another riot over this I will scream.
