Hmm, it does show a bit of nudity like panty shots, but it's nothing too strong. I'm 15 and I can handle it; I think he can handle it too.

I watched 2D Fatalities from Mortal Kombat 1-3 when my age was a single digit and I think I turned out fine.

That said, there's no nudity (nipples/genitals) per se. The game has some of the mentioned panty shots, the animations do have bouncing (but clothed) boobs, and the art gets a bit... kinky in Eliza's story mode. Watch below at 23:40 - 24:00 to see what I mean.

That's probably the most risque the art gets. I'd suggest checking those and deciding for yourself.

Also for what it's worth, it's rated as PEGI 16 on Steam, although that might be because it's an online multiplayer game rather than just because of the suggestive artyle.

I'd equate it to Who Framed Roger Rabbit. If he'd be aloud to watch that then Skullgirls should be alright.
