Where do I find the Jotaro skin for Big band???

You unlock it by finishing 26 matches with his level 5 super (Satchmo Death Blow). The matches can be online or in local VS, but CPU matches don't count.

I thought they worked on CPU vs matches. (I did it like that on the xbox version)
